  1. CAREER COUNSELLORS: Handling the Front office operations , responsible for counseling students for the program , sales & collection targets , maintaining system & daily sales reports. Enrollments, Front office conversions, data updation .
  2. BUSINESS EXECUTIVES: Market Penetration and Business Development in the assigned territory,Generate fresh sources of revenue, create database ,Meeting Business targets through effective counseling and selling skills, Drive all marketing initiatives , System Compliance-Adherence to norms Enquiry generation Monthly Activity Plan aligning to campaigns.
  3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. -Closes new business deals -Experience: Min 5 years -Should have B2B/corporate "SOLUTION selling".Should have connect with HOD'S / College Principals / HR Heads or CEOs or Business Heads -Target oriented with achievement track record.
  4. HEAD SALES & MARKETING: Developing and executing business strategies that will maximize market opportunities. -Generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for ElementK products/solutions to agreed targets. -Minimum 14 to 15 years required ideally with online learning product company. -A proven track record in delivering against personal and team sales revenue objectives -An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies.
  5. ACCOUNTANT: B.COM ,Candidate with 2 - 4 years experience, Good in TALLY,Should have knowledge of TDS, VAT, Sales Tax, Should be good in MS office
